And for me it's Japanese anime/J-Pop music from the 80's, to be specific, the complete and utter soundtrack for the entire anime franchise known as "City Hunter", an orgie in beautiful music.

Get wild and tough, hitori de wa....dumdidumdidum...

Great song, really. A little cyberpunkish. Rocks really.

Ok, I'm done now. Cool

Canon and Gigue for 3 Violins by Johann Pachelbel. One of my favorite composers.

I'm into the classical music in a big way right now.

"Snake" - by Karel Antonin

Ok, this one deserves a bit of an explanation (or make that sneakily embedded commercial if you will). Wink

This is the soundtrack of a fan-made movie based on the Metal Gear Solid game series, called Metal Gear: Outer Heaven. As the name implies, it is based on Operation Intrude N313. And for those of you who're not MGS geeks like me, that means, Snake's first mission. He's a rookie, all alone in enemy territory, and Big Boss is his enemy. Is that the basis for an epic movie or what?

Oh, yeah, almost forgot...

Shadowchild - Soilwork.

A bit up and down band, quality of the songs vary a little too much, but that's one of their better.

Eeek, the Ark is EVIL!!! Eeeeek!!!

Yes, people, this is the kind of evil that we Swedes very evilly plots to export to the rest of the world (just to get rid of it ourselves), a devious plot to take over the world and invent the Swedish World Government. Twisted Evil

Oh, yeah... Ola Salo is the lowest minion to one of our lowest minions. He's not even evil. I mean, c'mon. Rolling Eyes

And now, edited to be not too off-topic, let me add, that I am currently listening to Ailein Duinn, one of the greatest old Scottish folksongs I know. It's just so damn sad, but hey, still beautiful. Oh, and I don't know who's doing the singing. Razz

That's right. Don't believe in us. That'll make the takeover THAT much easier. You've even embraced our minion, Ola Salo, already. This will be SOOOOOO easy. Cool

Now playing:
"Have Faith in yourself", by Noriyuki Iwadare, from the Grandia 2 soundtrack. Really happy, cheerful song. Here's the Youtuber for those of you who'll actually check it out. Wink Which, seriously, I highly recommend. As a youtuber said, it really IS the best song in the game.

I'm actually listening to the music of a guy who visits my Blog. Jim Aikin

He is a published author (Two Sci-fi novels and several short-stories in PRINT magazines)

His resume reads like a god.

But his music is REALLY good. Here is his page where you can listen to his stuff:

"Cooking with Gravity" is like cool. (my favorite on the page) Lox... you'd like that top one. Wink

I sure did, Fifthster. Razz He's a great musician, I gotta say.

Right now, for me, I'm listening to the soundtrack of the anime "Beck". Specifically, the song "Moon on the Water", by the Dying Breed, and Tanaka Koyuki. Let's Youtube it, shall we, yes? Hm...

The Strokes. They are certainly a brilliant band. The bass grooves and kickin drums get me through my hectic day. The vocals+ lyrics are brilliant, and they just make me remember to never take life too serious.
