Hey guys my names Mike, im 24 and i got into writing a few years ago when an online friend of mine asked me to partcipate in a Roleplay. Id always been very imaginative before and deep into imagery (hence the wish to create some of my own hehheh) and so i entered with a character named Mordred

Long story short Mordred had a henchmen who i somehow made cooler then my main and he was Cade. I was asked if id do some background on him and voila Origins of Cade was born. Now its sort of evolved into a giant fantasy coming of age story.

Anyway its good to be around some other writers who i can get some thoughts and tips from. Im looking forward to hearing from you all

Welcome to the forum. There are several RP threads here that I'm sure you'll be shanghaied off to as soon as they get your scent, so feel free to join in there. We also look forward to participation in other areas. As Fifthwind will doubtless say later, we aren't a "show-and-tell" forum. You are more than welcome to post excerpts and such, but our main focus is on the craft itself, rather than pats on the back.

Those who take the craft seriously leave here a far better writer than when they arrived.

Then again, those who take the craft seriously... don't leave. We're like a family. Smile
