I remember us having a thread based on everyone's whereabouts in this big world of ours. So where are you? Have a question about the local cultures? Ask away!
I, am a resident of Washington state, which is the very northwest part of the United states. Excluding Alaska.

Doh, now you ruined my secret Internet identity!! I was going to say I lived in the Andes in South America, or on a boat named "Corto Maltese", on international water. Spoilsports!!
On a sidenote, yes, I do live in Sweden. I haven't seen any lingonberries yet, but the vodka is fine enough this year. _________________ "Women don't want to marry adventurers. That means I'll never marry." Corto Maltese |

The mountains of western Virginia. No, not West Virginia, I'm still an hour away from the border. In fact, it's almost the same amount of driving time to DC. Almost.
I go to college in Williamsburg, VA. If you're ever there and you see someone hanging out in a tree in the colonial section, that's probably either me or one of my friends. _________________ "This is goodnight, and not goodbye."

*points at Kuro* SQUIRREL!! MAMA!! I SEE BIG, FUNNY SQUIRRELS!! (speaking of, we really should meet up some time before I move, ya know, terrorize the East Coast?)
Mornara lives in North Carolina for the moment, Charlotte specifically. (Never move to Charlotte!!) I actually moved here from California a couple of years ago, and intend to move back in a couple more years. That sounds like fun! Mm, somewhat yealous now..
I've always wanted to study/work/live abroad for a while. But I haven't done it, and I'm afraid I never will. Stupidboyfriendwhodoesn'twanttocomewtihme.. Yeah, I'm too dependent on people to go by myself. But I really feel I should have lived in an English speaking country a little, just to get a more natural feel of the language and such. |

I live in Wisconsin, not far from Lake Michigan, smack dab in the middle between Milwaukee and Chicago. For those who don't know where Wisconsin is in the US, find a map, look for those lakes between Canada and the US, and it right between the two most western ones. In fact of those two, the one that sticks out south is the one I live by.

I'm from York, England and currently residing in Leicester. An entertainment hotspot Leicester certainly isn't, but it's a nice enough place. York's one of the the most pleasant cities in the world, imo. |

Cool. Dragvoll or Gløshaugen? I'm at Dragvoll (It's the best, of course. The other place's just full of stuck-up, nerdy, boring people...) |

Yeah, there's this rivalry-thingie going on up here. They hate us and we hate them. More or less My boyfriend is "one of them" though, so you can guess at what I have to live with Anyways, Dragvoll houses the humaniora studies, while they deal with science and mathematics and stuff at Gløshaugen. |
